About the Role
Job Type: Part-Time (10-20 hours per week)
We are seeking a highly motivated Fleet Manager to oversee the maintenance and management of our company's fleet of vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are properly maintained and operated in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Managing the company's fleet of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and other commercial vehicles.
- Coordinating and scheduling regular maintenance and repairs for all vehicles, including booking mechanical work, and ensuring all necessary repairs are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that all vehicles are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including obtaining and maintaining up-to-date tax and insurance documentation.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and maintenance.
- Ensuring all fleet-related paperwork and documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
- Maintaining accurate records of all rental vehicles, including maintenance history, damage reports, and rental agreements.

Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures is preferred, but not essential as we offer in-house training.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
